Can Any One Help Me To Make a .INF File ?
i Want To make a Hardware but i don't know how i can make a .INF file to install This Hardware to Windows .

i have a dell optiplex GX 110 ,when i tune it on it gives me an orange light instead of green and its not working.
the other one also have an orange light and beeps for memory but when i give it memory it dse not respond,no beeping sound is hered modul (dell optiplex 150)
pls help me...
